SS15 - The Trends

From the Catwalk to the Highstreet: The Spring and Summer 2015 trend begin.

So it's goodbye wind and rainy days, and hello sunshine! As much as I adore Winter and Autumn, it was about time it went into hibernation for the next 6 months. I'm now just about ready for the Spring/Summer trends that have hit the catwalk and are hitting the highstreet.

Yellow

Yellow is one of those colours that doesn't usually appeal to people, but it does have the power to look absolutely stunning on a hot summers day. It's all about finding the right shade of yellow that suits your skin tone, from canary to marigold. It's not just about wearing a blog of yellow, either. Wear a white skirt with a floral yellow pattern or a yellow cami with a white skirt or a pair of white jeans and you're good to go!

White

White looks stunning in the sun, especially with a tan and especially with some gold accessories. However, this, too, isn't an easy colour to wear as is can look frumpy and unflattering. If you're able to pull off the all-white trend, you'll look absolutely gorgeous and bang on the trend.

The 70's -

The 70's trend is made up of graphic florals, crochet materials, Marrakech patterns, and vintage styles to create both exotic and vintage pieces that are in trend right now. Consisting of floral patterns and bright colours, this trend is increasingly popular and having a massive impact on the fashion industry today. The 70's style is quirky, fun, and suits everybody who chooses to wear it.

So there you have just some of the SS15 trends that are increasingly growing and becoming more and more popular across the highstreet. Please leave me any blogpost suggestions on my Instagram or on here. I hope you enjoyed this blog, please check out more recent posts.
