megancelineprints on Etsy!

I know that I have been totally MIA over the last few months, but I've had so much going on! I completed my A Levels, I've been really anxious and stressed out, and I got to a point where I felt like my blog wasn't going anywhere. I've felt like nobody cares to read what I write and it was bringing me down, so I stopped posting on my blog and eventually stopped posting on my Instagram account all together..

BUT, I'm back! I've realised that blogging isn't just about the amount of followers I have on Instagram or the amount of readers that read my blog. I genuinely enjoy blogging; writing out my feelings and my opinions; expressing how I feel on a daily or weekly basis. So from now on, I'm going to be blogging for myself and however many people decide to read my blog.

Now, for the exciting announcement I have!
I decided earlier on this evening to open up my own Etsy shop!

The idea came into my head yesterday when I finished making my Aunt's 60th birthday present which is a typography piece and another piece of art on Photoshop. I studied print media at A Level so I decided to put some of my skills into practice to create a personal gift for my Auntie, and I suddenly started to create my own prints on Photoshop today for myself! You may have seen a picture on my Instagram of one I created, and I created a few others too which I will be buying frames for. I got so excited about the prints I was making and how well they were turning out, I thought it would be a good idea to make more and sell them!

Now, I'm not going to rush into this. I know it'll take time, and I won't be receiving tonnes of orders within the next 24 hours. But, please do visit my little Etsy shop which will hopefully begin to grow in the next few weeks as I buy supplies and create more prints.

Click on the link positioned to the right-hand side of the page and have a quick browse! I will be uploading more over the next couple of days, and please feel free to drop me a direct message on Instagram (@megancelinenash) or email me at megannash97@hotmail.com.

Go to megancelineprints on Etsy to see the pretty prints I'm going to be creating and selling!

  1. A friend of mine recently got a job working for a printer creating her own prints as well. What an exciting time for you! I am also starting a blog and I hope that it is as nice as this one. I am friends with many artists and they all say the same thing, they create their best work when it is just for them. Your prints are beautiful, by the way! Keep it up.
